Job Description

The Vice President, Technology Operations, will lead the teams responsible for the reliability, security, and scalability of IntegriChain’s technology platforms. This role oversees IT, Cloud Operations, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, and IT Security, and plays a critical role in enabling product delivery, customer trust, and business growth.

This is a senior leadership role that blends strategy with hands-on operational ownership. You will set direction, build strong teams, and ensure our systems operate at the level required for a healthcare and life sciences technology company.

How a Day in This Role Looks

You start the day aligned with your leadership team, often joining or reviewing daily standups with DevOps, SRE, cloud, and IT leaders to understand system health, active work, and emerging risks. You stay close to what is happening in production and across platforms, not just through dashboards, but through direct conversation with the people doing the work.

Throughout the day, you work side by side with engineering and DevOps teams to remove roadblocks, unblock delivery, and help teams move forward. This includes weighing in on design and architecture decisions, helping teams think through tradeoffs around reliability, scalability, security, and cost, and ensuring operational readiness is built in from the start.

You spend time coordinating across multiple teams and functions, often spread across different time zones. This requires clear communication, strong prioritization, and a consistent operating rhythm so teams stay aligned even when they are not working at the same time. You balance asynchronous decision-making with real-time collaboration to keep momentum high without creating unnecessary overhead.

As challenges arise, whether it is an incident, a scaling concern, or a delivery risk, you are hands-on in guiding response, facilitating problem-solving, and making sure lessons learned turn into lasting improvements. The role blends leadership, technical judgment, and active engagement with teams to keep the organization moving forward with confidence.
