Description

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Works with external clients to resolve the most complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY. 
  • May resolve typical issues or escalate to management as appropriate. 
  • Leads team members in providing support to major clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed. 
  • Apply advanced problem-solving skills, judgement, and experience to analyze information. 
  • Use developed communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.
  • Provides key individuals at assigned clients information related to BNY products and services representing a broad array of lines of business and geographies; leverages an in-depth understanding of broader BNY services and offerings. 
  • Proactively assists clients in reviewing potential business needs and directs them to appropriate resources at BNY. 
  • May be the central point of contact for business development and assume client onboarding and/or risk management responsibilities.
  • Leads and participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve client experience. 
  • Use in-depth knowledge of client issues and needs to help develop process improvements.

 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
  • Typically 7-12 years of experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Prior fixed income knowledge highly preferred
  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
  • Excellent customer focus, time- management and relationship management
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
  • Strong analytics skills and detail-oriented.
