Works with external clients to resolve the most complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY.
May resolve typical issues or escalate to management as appropriate.
Leads team members in providing support to major clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
Apply advanced problem-solving skills, judgement, and experience to analyze information.
Use developed communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.
Provides key individuals at assigned clients information related to BNY products and services representing a broad array of lines of business and geographies; leverages an in-depth understanding of broader BNY services and offerings.
Proactively assists clients in reviewing potential business needs and directs them to appropriate resources at BNY.
May be the central point of contact for business development and assume client onboarding and/or risk management responsibilities.
Leads and participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve client experience.
Use in-depth knowledge of client issues and needs to help develop process improvements.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
Typically 7-12 years of experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Prior fixed income knowledge highly preferred
Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
Excellent customer focus, time- management and relationship management
Possess excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
