<div><strong>Description</strong><br/><p><br/><strong><u>About the Job</u></strong><br/>The Transportation Manager is responsible for leading daily transportation operations with a strong focus on frontline engagement, driver performance, and operational efficiency. This role oversees the onboarding, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management of approximately 20–25 drivers and helpers, while fostering positive, productive relationships across the frontline workforce.
