Join a fast‑paced transportation operation where you play a critical role in supporting drivers, coordinating live trips, and ensuring safe, efficient service.
Must possess excellent English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and understanding.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Operate the dispatch hotline: answer calls, record messages, and log all call details accurately
Serve as the primary contact for drivers during active routes
Collect and communicate information regarding accidents, incidents, emergencies, or vehicle issues
Distribute keys and tablets; check driver readiness, uniforms, and document activity in the dispatch log
Support safe, on-time transportation operations across all routes

Ability to stay calm, focused, and effective under pressure
Strong geographical knowledge of Reading, PA and surrounding areas
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

✔ Additional Requirements
Valid Driver’s License (held 3+ years)
23 years or older
Clean driving record
Must pass a DOT Physical & Drug Test
