Broadway Cityview is recruiting for a hospitality focused Transportation Coordinator. This role is responsible for organizing, scheduling, and overseeing all resident transportation services while ensuring a safe, efficient, and enjoyable experience for our residents. This position serves as a central point of coordination, ensuring efficiency, safety, and excellent customer service throughout the community.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Transportation Coordinator:

  • Coordinate and manage the daily transportation schedule for residents
  • Communicate with residents and departments regarding transportation needs and updates
  • Assign drivers and routes efficiently to meet operational demands
  • Safely transport residents as needed and provide backup driver support
  • Receive, log, and distribute resident packages in a timely and organized manner
  • Maintain accurate transportation logs, mileage, and vehicle maintenance records
  • Ensure all drivers meet compliance requirements, including licenses and MVR standards

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
