Transportation Assistant (Daytime Driver)

RSI Community, in the Orange County area (Chapel Hill is looking for a Transportation Assistant to work part-time Monday-Friday from 7am-9am & 2pm-4pm to assist with the transportation of individuals with intellectual disabilities. The Transportation Assistant will use a company van/vehicle to provide the transportation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A valid Driver's License, at least 6 months of driving experience (as a licensed driver) and a safe driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and composed in challenging situations, with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
