Training, Quality and Warehouse Manager – Gardening Department

We’re looking for a hands -on, organized, and experienced Warehouse Manager<\/b> to lead our Gardening Department! If you love plants, know your way around tools/equipment, and thrive in a busy warehouse environment — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do<\/b>
<\/h4>

• Kickstart the crews in the morning and help them succeed throughout the day
  <\/p><\/li>

• Handle onboarding: new staff orientation, t -shirts, docs, and first -day training
  <\/p><\/li>

• Check in personally with crew members and support their growth
  <\/p><\/li>

• Manage inventory of plants, soil, tools, equipment/gadgets, t -shirts and docs
  <\/p><\/li>

• Oversee receiving, stock rotation & quality control
  <\/p><\/li>

• Lead and train warehouse & seasonal staff
  <\/p><\/li>

• Coordinate deliveries/pickups with Operations
  <\/p><\/li>

• Maintain clean, safe, efficient warehouse & job sites
  <\/p><\/li>

• Respond to and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
  <\/p><\/li>

• Submit receipts and handle small office admin tasks (no crew scheduling required)
  <\/p><\/li>

• Embrace and implement LEAN processes to improve systems on the gardening side
  <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

  What You Bring<\/b>
  <\/h4>

  • 3–5 years warehouse management experience
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Gardening/horticulture knowledge a big plus
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong leadership & organization skills
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Physically fit (lift up to 60 lbs)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Valid driver’s license
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Safety -minded & proactive
    <\/p><\/li>

  • You take initiative and get things done without being micromanaged
    <\/p><\/li>

  • You’re humble, hardworking, and love helping others improve
    <\/p><\/li>

  • You’re a strong communicator and a reliable team player
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Bonus: you’re organized, can handle a bit of admin, and bring good energy daily

    • Forklift or equipment certification
