About the Role
We are seeking a Tradeshow and Event Operations Attendant to perform all tradeshow and event duties related to setup and tear down for both market and non-market events. This includes but not limited to handling décor, loading/unloading of inventory items, pickup/deliver inventory items, cleaning/pulling/restocking of inventory items and other job-related duties.
What You’ll Do
Key responsibilities include:

Perform all event related setup tasks including pulling inventory items, loading/unloading, delivery/pickup and setup inventory items onsite.

Perform all event related tear down tasks including disassembly of inventory items, loading/unloading, return delivery/pickup and restocking.

Ensure that event venue is left in a clean and orderly condition.
-
Ensure all tools and equipment used for event setup/strike is returned and properly stored after install/strike.

Adhere to campus loading dock and security policies and procedures.
-
Operate company equipment including but not limited to vehicles, forklifts, golf carts, lifts and carts according to safety policies.
-
Handle, transport and install/strike all inventory to protect against damage.

Monitor and repair inventory on regular basis in both Las Vegas, NV and High Point, NC.

Unpack and check orders received for the T&EO department are accurate and delivery slips are provided to management.

Maintain all tools and equipment on a regular basis and report any lost, stolen or damaged equipment.

Post directional signage for events and market as needed and assigned.

Ensures that clients receive assistance in a positive, professional and efficient manner.

Maintains confidentiality of sensitive materials.

Relates information to Tradeshow and Event Ops team to produce a timely resolution of customer complaints ensuring satisfaction.

Attends regularly scheduled staff meetings, workshops and training sessions.

Ability to travel to ANDMORE campuses upwards of 20% annually, if required.
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications and Experience:

Must be at least 21 years of age.
-
Must have a valid driver’s license.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite(Work, Excel) Airtable
-
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to read and interpret event documentation and anticipate logistical needs
-
A minimum of two years’ experience in tradeshow, events, and/or general laborer.
-
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production environment and multitask.
-
Ability to drive and operate trucks, box trucks, forklifts, scissor lifts, and pallet jacks. Certification is a plus.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs of weight. This includes lifting, pushing and pulling equipment.

Excellent customer service skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

High School diploma or equivalent.
-
Must be able to respond calmly and handle multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
