Position Title: Tower Maintenance Operations Intern

Role

Tower Maintenance Operations is responsible for managing external resources (vendors and general contractors) for the efficient maintenance and operation on all tower, rooftop and key essential assets in accordance with Company policies and standards.   The intern role will support the overall review and analysis of our vendors to ensure expectations are satisfactorily met.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct closeout review from lighting installs and repairs and load them in CCISITES.
  • Enter data into NOC ticketing and Work Order tickets.
  • Assist teammates in creating formats and templates for reporting and data visualization.
  • Work in JDE receiving completed purchase orders.

Expectations 

  •  Collaboration with Manager of Maintenance Operations, Maintenance Process Managers, and Operations Coordinators, supporting documentation evidencing work completed and resulting billing process.
  •  Effective communication between teammates and manager.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to present information in a clear format. 

Education/Certifications  

  • Currently enrolled as a student in a degree program from an accredited higher education institution
  • Applicants must have completed at least 60 credit hours by the first day of the internship
  • Preferred field(s) of study: Business, Finance, Construction Management

Experience/Minimum Requirements  

  •  Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) from June 1 to August 6, 2026
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time, regular basis without additional sponsorship

Reports to: Manager, Maintenance Operations

Work Plans: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. Beginning July 1, 2026, our hybrid work model will be adjusted to 4 days in the office on Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home.

Compensation Information: The hourly pay offered for this position is $19.50 per hour.
