Tournament Operations

Arcis Golf team members thrive on anticipating needs, forging connections, and elevating experiences for our team, members, and guests. We are an inclusive team of unique individuals who show up each day with a grateful spirit, humble heart, and a genuine respect for one another.

On the job:

Responsibilities:

-Set up for tournaments (as tournaments request and need)

-Tear down tournaments (tables/grill/circle/lines)

-Help with room set up and tear down within banquet rooms

-Run on course needs (Canon/HIO sitter)

-Prep all pre-tournament grill station needs

-Set up circle/lines: Speakers, Mic, High Tops, etc.

-Assist Pro Shop Staff- Pulling and flipping carts, picking the range, etc. 

-Assist Tournament team with needs as they come along

-Assist other staff

-Assist tournament patrons 

-Put away equipment like coolers, AV, linens etc.

-Miscellaneous items (ice, fill coolers, beverages)
