Technical Operations Specialist

This position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Cherokee Preting is seeking a Technical Operations Specialist to support our government client.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay commensurate with experience.

Technical Operations Specialist Responsibilities Include: 

• Assist in development of operational concepts utilizing advanced communication technologies

• Support development, integration and maintenance of communications plan in support of operations

• Provide platform technical support

• Perform systemic review for use of technology to mitigate operational risk

• Draft and coordinate technical cables

• Communicate and coordinate with other mission stakeholders as necessary

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Technical Operations Specialist Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: 

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph

• Must have a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience

  • Experience must include direct support to the customer, preferably within the last two (2) years

  • Additional experience with the Department of Defense will also be considered

• Preferred to have a Bachelor’s degree, but additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
