As an Inventory Team Lead you will oversee the completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes for Canadian Terminals & Irving Energy, ensuring accurate reporting of business line results and timely billing for the region’s terminals. Your goal will be to drive efficiency and precision in financial reporting while supporting operational excellence across the business. Your success will be measured by the accuracy of reporting, the timeliness of billing, and the strength of collaboration within your team.

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting processes for Canadian Terminals and Irving Energy
- Manage timely, accurate billing and purchases of liquid product movements
- Ensure that accounting policies and procedures are implemented and operating effectively
- Manage relationships with business stakeholders
- Provide support for various teams in the business including sales and operations, customer support, credit, tax and others to ensure process and procedures are implemented effectively and efficiently
- Provide regular supervision and feedback to inventory accountants

Your Experience:
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting with professional accounting designation
- 8 years of relevant experience with strong accounting and industry knowledge with 2 + years of management experience
- Experience building strong work teams and training and developing employees
