COMPENSATION: Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado, the salary range is $72,000 -$75,000 plus comprehensive and lucrative performance bonus potential. âEligible to participate in the company benefits plan. The Talent Advisor at Cardinal Group Companies is much more than a recruiter. We are the evangelists and guardians of the brand, the advocates for our teammates' career goals, and the experts in modern talent acquisition. This offering is looking to bring on a top-level communicator in the Multifamily Maintenance space. You will be developing - in conjunction with our facilities team, a talent platform that will both work to bring Cardinal to the maintenance world as well as to act as the direct resource for our maintenance teams who are looking to turn a multifamily maintenance job into a facilities career.
