Description

We are hiring a Support Operations Clerk who will be responsible for performing routine administrative tasks in support of the Support Operations unit. Responsibilities include thoroughness and accuracy of incoming mail processing, Member support requests, and document scanning. The team member will ensure a smooth and efficient workflow by importing scanned documents from the branches into the imaging system for records retention and future viewing. 

 

This position is office based in Anaheim Hills, CA.

Business Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

*Based upon business needs, our positions may require working flexible hours, including Saturdays.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of clerical or administrative experience.
  • On-line data entry experience. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proficient in all applicable MS Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
  • Keep all credit union and Member information confidential.
  • Establish and maintain effective business relationships with staff in other departments.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of policies and procedures necessary to effectively perform job duties.
  • Alpha/numeric filing skills.
  • Accurate typing skills, 10-key and data entry.
  • Effective oral communication skills. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process deposits and payments received by U.S. Mail.
  • Process cash advance and check by phone payments requests.
  • Import scanned documents from branches and all other necessary documents into the imaging system.
  • Complete research and retrieval for Members and department requests. 
  • Review various Support Operations reports, process transactions, and file maintenance related to those reports.
  • Complete understanding and active application the C.A.R.E. 4 Guide expectations and the Brand Communications Standards Accountability Philosophy.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

We support Pay Transparency and are a pay-for-performance organization that benchmarks base pay to the 50th percentile of market data.


Pay Scale: Min $18.36 / Mid $22.82 / Max $26.50* an hour

*Actual compensation will be based on geographical location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
