What You'll Do:<\/b><\/span>

Lead Warehouse & Inventory Operations<\/b> – Oversee receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory control<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
Drive Demand & Production Planning<\/b> – Align forecasts with production and supply chain strategies<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
Optimize S&OP Processes<\/b> – Improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure on -time delivery<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
Enhance ERP & Reporting Systems<\/b> – Leverage data to drive decision -making and performance<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
Develop & Lead a High -Performing Team<\/b> – Foster collaboration, accountability, and innovation<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Requirements<\/h3>- 5+ years in leadership (warehouse, supply chain, or inventory management)
<\/span><\/li>- Experience managing S&OP processes in a fast -paced manufacturing environment
<\/span><\/li>- ERP & analytics proficiency to drive data -driven decision -making
<\/span><\/li>- Strong leadership & problem -solving skills to lead teams and optimize operations
<\/span><\/li>- Certifications preferred: APICS CPIM/CSCP, Lean Six Sigma
