Supply Chain Technical Project Manager

Qualifications:

• Degree in engineering, business, management or equivalent
• 10+ years working in technology or related field w/ minimum 5 years of experience in project management
• Deep knowledge in Project Management methodology with a toolkit to support the overall delivery from planning through deployment (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Good experience understanding technical architecture and data flow of the applications
• Managed budget of <=1m capex estimated for the total initiative and financial forecasting
• Experience in managing waterfall, hybrid, and agile delivery teams
• Proven track record and experience working in a global company with remote technology teams across different time zones (India, NAM, APAC & EMEA)
• Ability to excel in an ambiguous environment
• Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
• Good experience in release management and deployment along with hypercare
• Strongly motivated by an operations outlook and work ethic
• Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced, multi-program environment with changing priorities
• Ability to anticipate potential problems and proactively troubleshoot to resolve issues
• Strong leadership skills and ability to influence and gain consensus in the absence of direct authority
• Strong preference for those with logistics/supply chain application experience
