The Supply Chain Systems Specialist will help define, design, train, implement and support the roll out of all phases on the new systems [Transportation Management System (TMS), the Warehouse Management System (WMS), the Warehouse Control System (WCS), and the Parcel Management program] and maintenance of the system after go-live including system enhancements to support the organizations growing business and changing business needs.
To be successful in this role, candidates should have strong technical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should also have experience in warehouse operations and be familiar with best practices for inventory management and logistics. Additionally, should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Starting wage up to $34/hr based on experience.

Travel to Dodgeville or Reedsburg will be necessary at times up to 100% at implementation and during hyper care.
Must be able to identify system or process defects and collaborate with appropriate team members to come to resolution.
Candidate must be able to think about processes upstream and downstream to ensure appropriate design and configuration optimizes performance.
