Ellsworth Corporation, a global, industry-leading distributor of specialty chemicals and equipment and adhesive manufacturer, currently has a Supply Chain Summer Help role available. This role reports into our corporate office Purchasing Department located in Germantown, WI. This is a full-time Temporary Summer Help opportunity (approximately 10-12 weeks).  

Examples of Duties

• Assist with running the Stocking Level Review for a list of customers on a monthly basis. Identifying if the stocking levels are good, high or low. Bring recommended changes to the attention of the Planners or Customer Service Representatives/ Engineering Sales Representatives
• Assist with running the TrackPoint ‘At Risk’ file for a list of customers on a weekly basis. Identifying items that are likely to scrap or stock-out and notifying the Customer Service Representative of actions to take to prevent it.
• Assist with reviewing shelf life of material on hand at ePlus customer locations. Notifying the Customer Sales Representative of items that need to be reviewed for continued stock status or ‘buy-aheads’ to prevent stockouts due to expiration of material on hand.

Required Qualifications 

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited university or college required 
• Completion of sophomore year and junior year standing preferred 
• A minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred 
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team and work in a fast-paced environment 
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
