Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
FisherPak Operations Management
• Ensure supply plans support achievement of FisherPak revenue targets and growth
commitments
• Balance capacity across both New Jersey sites based on demand, constraints, and
profitability considerations
• Translate demand forecasts into executable production, filling, and procurement
plans
• Drive scenario planning to mitigate risks related to materials, testing, storage, and
drum availability
• Partner with BU and Commercial teams to align production priorities with strategic
customers
• Provide proactive visibility into supply risks that may impact revenue attainment
• Drive trade-off decisions to protect revenue in constrained environments
• Support forecasting accuracy improvements to reduce revenue leakage from stockouts or missed shipments
Raw Materials Supply Chain Management
• Lead planning, procurement coordination, and inventory management for raw
materials across manufacturing and distribution operations.
• Ensure uninterrupted supply of critical raw materials to support production
schedules and customer demand.
• Monitor inventory health, safety stock levels, material aging, and excess/obsolete
inventory.
• Collaborate with sourcing and procurement teams to develop supplier strategies
and mitigate supply risks.
• Drive supplier performance reviews focused on quality, delivery, responsiveness,
and cost.
• Support qualification and onboarding of new suppliers and alternate materials.
• Manage material allocation and escalation during supply constraints.
• Develop and maintain raw material forecasting processes aligned with S&OP and
demand planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, and Commercial teams to align
supply chain execution with business priorities.
• Coordinate issue resolution related to material shortages, quality concerns, or
delivery delays.
• Provide regular updates and risk assessments to leadership and stakeholders.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
• Lead root cause analysis for service misses impacting revenue
• Implement system, reporting, and process improvements to increase transparency
and accountability
• Drive a culture of proactive planning and cross-functional ownership
Leadership & Team Management
• Lead and develop supply chain analysts, planners, or operational support personnel
as applicable.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members and support career development planning.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business
Administration, Engineering, or related field required.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Experience
• 5+ years of progressive supply chain, materials management, or operations
experience.
• Experience managing raw materials planning, procurement coordination, and
inventory management.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning, inventory management, and
supplier management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain analytics tools.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
preferred
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New Jersey is $103,100.00–$154,700.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
