As a Supply Chain Ops Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for resolving supply chain and kitchen equipment issues, ensuring our restaurants operate at legendary standards. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, building relationships, and making a real impact behind the scenes.

What's On Your Plate

  • Deliver legendary customer service to restaurant operators and internal teams.
  • Resolve escalations related to kitchen equipment, warranties, and supply chain services.
  • Collaborate with vendors, buyers, and field staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Maintain strong relationships with operators through direct support and occasional store visits.
  • Act as a liaison between restaurants, vendors, and the Support Center.
  • Coordinates resolutions to systemic programs or service gaps.
  • Track and manage issues using ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Create and update process charts and knowledge articles.
  • Executes programs that enhance the performance of the supply chain kitchen equipment support and warranties process.
  • Keep the Managing Partner at the center of every solution.
  • Take on additional duties as needed.

Your Recipe for Success

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in the restaurant industry with solid operational knowledge.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, relationship-building skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Mindset: Customer-focused, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement.
