What you'll do:
Coordinate the implementation of Supply Chain network initiatives, including network transitions, warehouse automation initiatives and logistics process changes.
Serve as a subject matter expert on the company’s supply chain network, building strong cross-functional knowledge.
Use analytics tools to extract data, synthesize and perform analyses to support supply chain projects, including analysis of inventory, vendor and DC shipments, and warehouse assortment.
Support the modelling, design and implementation of warehouse automation technologies.
Support changes in distribution methods though data analysis, reporting and monitoring. Perform analysis to identify optimal distribution network model (fast to slow, SKU/Vendor alignment, etc.).
Collaborate with stakeholders to study areas of opportunity and present recommendations to various levels of leadership within Supply Chain.

Above average analytical skills and problem solving skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills required for communicating to all levels within the organization.
A self-starter with demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment.
Able to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines.
Proven ability to respond to new situations and work in a rapidly changing environment.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Access.
Experience working with SQL and utilizing complex databases, and strong understanding of database concepts.
Experience with coding (VBA, python) is an asset.
Demonstrated in-depth process knowledge of Supply Chain replenishment, transportation and warehouse processes.
Teammate with a passion for learning and training and working in collaboration with others.
Post-secondary education at either the university level in Engineering, Science, or Business.
