Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in manufacturing construction chemicals and building materials — including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products used in flooring, tile, and concrete restoration. We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager, Admixtures to join our Corporate Operations team. In this role, you will lead and optimize inbound and outbound supply chain activities supporting MAPEI’s Admixture Division, ensuring reliable material availability, efficient production scheduling, and cost-effective logistics. This position partners closely with Sales, Production, Transportation, and Warehouse Operations to drive strong service levels, inventory performance, and continuous improvement across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Strategy & Planning
- Support execution of supply chain strategies aligned with business and operational objectives.
- Partner with Sales and Production to forecast demand and align production planning and inventory levels.
- Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation plans.
Purchasing & Supplier Management
- Manage purchasing of raw materials, packaging, and indirect supplies for admixture production.
- Partner with category buyers and suppliers to ensure reliable, cost-effective sourcing.
- Drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes.
Inventory & Materials Management
- Support inventory control policies and safety stock levels for raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods.
- Partner with warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage, handling, and material flow.
- Utilize ERP/MRP tools to monitor inventory accuracy, min/max levels, turnover, and delivery performance.
- Monitor and align supply chain KPIs across admixture sites.
Logistics & Distribution
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics and distribution activities.
- Partner with the Transportation team to optimize logistics costs, lead times, and delivery reliability.
- Support oversight of third-party logistics providers and regulatory compliance.
- Lead centralized outbound dispatching and delivery scheduling in collaboration with site operations.
- Assess workload resources, and processes to support business growth.
Safety Leadership
- Support transportation safety initiatives and regulatory compliance across logistics operations.
- Promote a strong safety culture through cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
- Implement process improvements, lean principles, and digital tools to enhance operational performance.
- Track, analyze, and report key supply chain KPIs.
- Adhere to all MAPEI policies, safety rules, and work procedures.
- Perform assigned tasks in conformance with procedures and instructions established in the Business Management System (BMS) and in compliance with applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- In this role you will earn a competitive annual base salary between $85,000 - $110,000 based on your experience and qualifications.
- This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is a variable percentage of your base salary, based on individual performance and company results.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field preferred. Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within chemical, admixture, or industrial manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience across procurement, planning, logistics, and warehouse operations.
- Strong proficiency with ERP and analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, D365, Power BI).
- Advanced computer skills in a MAC environment, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Working knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements related to chemical materials and transportation.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods of time.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
