About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Supply Chain & Fulfillment Coordinator to support our growing global operations.

This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless movement of inventory from suppliers to our warehouse and ultimately to our customers. You'll coordinate purchasing, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and logistics while working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.

This is more than a coordination role. We are looking for someone who enjoys improving processes, solving operational challenges, leveraging AI tools, and helping build scalable operations.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Order Fulfillment & Logistics

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  

• Coordinate daily order fulfillment and shipping activities.
  

• Prepare shipping documentation and labels.
  

• Schedule courier pickups and monitor deliveries.
  

• Resolve shipping delays and fulfillment issues.
  

• Ensure customers receive the correct products on time.
  

• Track shipments and proactively communicate exceptions.
  

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouse and ERP systems.
  

• Receive, inspect, and reconcile incoming shipments.
  

• Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
  

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  

• Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment.
  

• Ensure proper product labeling, storage, and warehouse organization.
  

Purchasing & Vendor Coordination

• Create and manage purchase orders.
  

• Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries, lead times, and inventory availability.
  

• Track inbound shipments and communicate expected arrival dates.
  

• Monitor vendor performance and help resolve supply issues.
  

• Support procurement activities and inventory planning.
  

Operational Excellence

Qualifications

Required

• 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, or Fulfillment.
  

• Experience coordinating shipments and inventory.
  

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  

• Excellent attention to detail.
  

• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
  

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred

• Experience with Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, or Zoho CRM.
  

• Experience working in SaaS, technology, IoT, electronics, or hardware distribution.
  

• Knowledge of UPS, FedEx, DHL, Purolator, or other shipping platforms.
  

• Experience with procurement and vendor management.
  

• Familiarity with inventory forecasting and purchasing.
  

• Exposure to warehouse management systems (WMS).
  

• Experience creating SOPs or improving operational processes.
