Description

Responsible for inventory management, ordering via Requisitioning and PO to include: Bill only / No Charge / Repairs, monitoring, and tracking of surgical implants, supplies and human tissue.  This position works closely with the specialty ANMs, Inventory Control Coordinators, and Material Management team to coordinate and ensure the delivery of products in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Experience in advanced computer software applications, including MS Excel.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Associate's Degree or, Up to 12 months post high school training in a healthcare material management environment which utilized a perpetual inventory supply system.
  • Coursework/Training - Completion of formal training program in Materials Management, Surgical Technology, or military hospital corpsman.    
  • 2 years - Current operating room. 
  • Inventory control or accounting.
