THP’s Supply Chain Coordinator (“Coordinator”) is a key role supporting the administration of hospital-wide product evaluation, standardization, and supply continuity. The coordinator will work with the Supply Chain Insights and Standardization Team and coordinate product samples, clinical evaluations, documentation, operational support and any necessary follow-ups for the clinical team. This role also supports the Product Evaluation and Standardization Committee (PESC) by preparing meeting materials, tracking approvals, maintaining project updates, and ensuring decisions are documented and advanced through the appropriate supply chain, clinical, logistics, and vendor pathways. 

THP Supply Chain Insights and Standardization Department supports safe, high-quality, and sustainable care by strengthening supply chain operations, improving product-related intake processes, and promoting standardization across the hospital. The department works collaboratively with clinical teams, our Mohawk Medbuy Corporation partners and vendors to improve product selection, product standardization, and support reliable, continuous access to the products needed to support patient care. The Supply Chain Coordinator (“Coordinator”) is a key role in support the administration of evaluation and feedback from the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate product samples, clinical evaluations, feedback collection, documentation, and follow-up activities to support timely review and decision-making by clinical stakeholders.
  • Support PESC committee activities by preparing and posting materials, tracking submissions and approvals, maintaining project updates, and ensuring decisions are documented and actioned through the appropriate channels.
  • Assist with operational supply chain activities, including backorders, substitutions, product conversions, discontinuations, digital catalogue updates to support continuity of supply chain operations.
