Job Description
The Supply Coordinator is responsible for developing systems to support supply acquisition and inventory control for patient care units in University Hospital. Serves as a liaison between the different departments in regards to supplies and equipment. Helps maintain JCAHO standards in regards to the Environment of care.

The Supply Coordinator is responsible for managing the supply and inventory process for the in-patient care units. The Supply Coordinator is responsible for tracking inventory and the supply par levels to insure availability and prevent overstock. The Supply Coordinator is responsible for creating cost-saving strategies and participates in brainstorming meetings with the other managers. They are also responsible for maintaining patient care equipment and monitoring a clean patient care environment.

Work Schedule:

  • Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
  • Saturday: 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
  • Sunday: 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and 1 year of inventory control experience preferably in a hospital setting.
