Supply Chain Automation Intern

What You’ll Do

• Analyze and work with data using AI tools or traditional methods to identify patterns and opportunities for automation.
• Develop and implement automation solutions using platforms like Power Automate or similar tools.
• Perform hands-on data entry to understand existing manual systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to design workflows that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Contribute to real projects where your input and design choices will directly impact business processes.
• Document processes and create user-friendly guides for automated solutions and manual processes within the department.

What We’re Looking For

• General programming knowledge (Python, VBA, or similar) and willingness to learn new tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data effectively.
• Interest in automation and process improvement, you like finding smarter ways to get things done.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic, you take initiative and follow through on tasks.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Adaptable and eager to learn, especially in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Background

• Knowledge of supply chain concepts like inventory management
• Familiarity with computers.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering,  or a related field.
