Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst Intern to support analytics and operations teams in tracking performance, improving processes, and delivering actionable insights across the supply chain function.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on key supply chain metrics, including forecasts and service levels, ensuring high accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders to deliver performance insights
- Support cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance supply chain systems and processes
- Participate in key initiatives such as system integrations, product lifecycle changes, and operational improvements
- Assist planning and delivery teams in daily activities and reporting needs
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through data analysis and automation
- Develop analytical outputs using Excel, database queries, and visualization tools
- Support ad hoc projects across supply chain and related business functions
Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Availability for an extended internship/co-op term
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with large datasets, pivot tables, and advanced formulas
- Foundational knowledge of Power BI and SQL
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau
- Academic or practical exposure to supply chain management concepts
- Interest in process improvement, automation, and data-driven decision-making
