This position is in-office every day at our East Point location, and the schedule is Sunday – Thursday. This person must be available to work weekend and flexible hours, as needed.

About the Role:
The Supervisor, Operations (Repack Programs) at the Atlanta Community Food Bank is essential in overseeing the daily repacking operations of fresh produce and protein, ensuring that food items are safely and efficiently prepared for distribution to our community partners. This role focuses on supporting our mission by managing day-to-day workflow, supervising a dedicated team, and maintaining high standards of quality and food safety. The Supervisor ensures that operations run smoothly and that team members are trained, supported, and motivated to achieve their goals, reducing waste and maximizing the impact of our food distribution programs. This position reports to the Manager I, Operations.
