In this role, you will play a crucial part in leading multiple clinical studies from initiation to closure. Your strategic planning and leadership will ensure the successful operational delivery of all tasks related to study management, whilst collaborating with various stakeholders. Your work will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes and advancing healthcare. Accountabilities
- Lead the local study team on one or more studies.
- Oversee the Contract Research Organization and manage country level plans.
- Manage the study startup process and oversee CRO activities as applicable.
- Liaise with various partners to establish submission strategies.
- Collaborate to identify and manage deviations during study execution.
- Be accountable for regional and study level startup plans and recruitment strategy.
- Ensure efficient communication with local teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s of Science or Bachelor’s of Arts degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant operational clinical trial experience.
- Master’s of Science or Master’s of Business Administration degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant operational clinical trial experience.
- Preferred scientific or technical degree.
