Description

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Responsibilities

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools preferred

  • Ability to work independently and within teams as needed
  • Ideal candidate working toward an undergraduate degree,


Qualifications

The student will learn end-to-end customer order management processes and collaborate with the IT team on a project focused on system and process automation. The role will also provide hands-on exposure to daily supply chain operations, including order management and logistics support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily order management and logistics activities
  • Assist with system process automation projects in collaboration with the IT team
  • File and organize documents and records
  • Respond to emails and communications using Microsoft Outlook
  • Maintain logs and documentation in shared drives
  • Assist in drafting and updating work instructions and process documentation
  • Complete project-based work using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Interest in supply chain operations, process improvement, and automation
