STUDENT-ICTV Director of Technical Operations

The ICTV Director of Technical Operations is responsible for:

• Overseeing all technical operations of the station.
• Working with all Executive Staff members to maintain technical policies and workflows for Producers to follow and act as a resource for completion of all workflows.
• Coordinating with the Director of Programming to organize studio space and equipment allocation regulations.
• Overseeing the ICTV Checkout Center and training operators of the Center. Acting as a resource to all ICTV producers and volunteers in providing technical guidance and training. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating workshops.
• Serving as a liaison between ICTV Leadership, Manager of Facilities and Portable Equipment, Park Engineers, Administration, and Master Control Technicians.
• Identifying technology and equipment that can upgrade the station and overall quality of programming, including serving as requester of all budget allocations.
• Meeting weekly with the rest of the ICTV Executive Staff.

Pay Rate: $16/hour
