About the Role
Clutch is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our Strategy and Business Operations team. You will drive key operational and strategic initiatives across the business, working closely with the VP of Strategy & Business Operations and executive leadership. This role requires a self-motivated, analytical, and hands-on operator who can navigate complex, ambiguous challenges while driving measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do
Drive the operating rhythm of the business, including preparing presentations for executive, board, and internal meetings, and managing organizational communication
Leverage data to generate insights and support strategic recommendations; build and maintain dashboards to track key metrics, trends, and performance
Build consensus among leadership across Operations, Marketing, Revenue, Supply, and Product to push forward strategic initiatives
Execute special projects including new product launches, margin expansion, and operational optimization
Forecast and plan company-wide objectives, analyze strategic rationale, and assess P&L impact of business initiatives
What We’re Looking For
2+ years in strategy/management consulting, investment banking, or corporate development, or 3+ years in a high-growth technology company in BizOps, Strategic Finance, or Strategy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools
Willing to work on-site at our downtown Toronto headquarters (60 Adelaide St. E); remote candidates will not be considered
Execution-driven attitude and willingness to “roll up your sleeves”
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively across teams and levels
Experience in high-growth, fast-paced, operationally intensive environments
Strong attention to detail and consistent high-quality output
Comfortable with ambiguity and navigating an evolving business environment
