WOOD Federal Solutions is seeking a highly disciplined, analytically strong, entry-level Staffing Operations Analyst to support our growing mission-focused government contracting portfolio.

 

This role is not a traditional recruiter position. Instead, it is a structured execution role focused on sourcing talent, formatting and optimizing resumes, managing applicant tracking workflows, and supporting candidate submission processes across multiple federal programs.

 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically curious, comfortable working with AI tools, and able to follow structured processes with precision. This individual will play a critical role in supporting revenue-generating staffing efforts and maintaining the integrity of our talent acquisition workflows.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate seeking exposure to government contracting, staffing operations, and AI-enabled workflow optimization.

Security Clearance Requirements:

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates aligned to federal labor categories and clearance requirements

  • Review, format, and optimize resumes to meet government submission standards

  • Manage candidate workflow within iCIMS and related systems

  • Maintain accurate tracking of candidate submissions, statuses, and clearance pipelines

  • Conduct structured resume-to-labor-category matching

  • Support portal submissions and documentation preparation for prime and subcontract programs

  • Maintain data integrity across staffing dashboards and trackers

  • Assist with AI-enabled resume refinement and sourcing tools

  • Coordinate internally with Operations and Program Management for submission approvals

  • Execute staffing processes with accuracy, timeliness, and consistency

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to follow structured processes with precision
  • High technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems quickly
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word formatting proficiency required)
  • Comfort using AI tools for workflow optimization and document refinement
