Description

As a Sr Legal Operations Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our legal operations. You will be responsible for streamlining processes, managing legal technology, and supporting the legal team in delivering high-quality services. In this role, you will impact the overall performance of the legal department by implementing best practices, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with legal standards, ultimately contributing to the success of Honeywell’s Aerospace business unit.

 

 

You will report directly to our VP Legal Transformation and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.  Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and optimize legal operations processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of legal technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support legal initiatives and projects.

 



Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in legal operations or a corporate legal environment.
  • Significant experience in legal operations or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of legal processes and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in legal management software and tools, including document management systems and e-billing platforms.
  • Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies.
