Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop direct and indirect team members, fostering a collaborative environment and building a strong pipeline of finance talent.
Partner with operations leaders to define and execute North America Gas Value Stream strategies focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC), with an emphasis on cost and cash optimization.
Lead core manufacturing finance processes and operating rhythms, including planning, pacing, monthly operating reviews, and closing activities.
Translate operational drivers into financial impacts, including volume, mix, program savings, foreign exchange, and product cost-out initiatives.
Leverage the Supply Chain Operations Finance COE and predictive analytics tools to improve financial processes, enhance pacing accuracy, and deliver actionable insights to operations.
Evaluate short- and long-term site investment strategies to ensure achievement of both project-level ROI and broader portfolio financial targets.
Communicate operational risks and opportunities clearly, including their impact on financial results and KPIs, and drive mitigation actions with stakeholders.
Champion a culture of LEAN and standardization across Global Supply Chain by delivering impactful financial analytics, strengthening controls, and supporting ERP and application deployments.
Provide cost transparency and forward-looking insights to ITR organizations, aligning site roadmaps to improve or control total cost per unit and bill rates.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
10+ years of relevant experience Leading a Finance organization/function within a Supply Chain / Manufacturing environment.
Ability to travel up to 20%
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge of accounting policies and practices, including US GAAP, standard costing, inventory, and fixed assets
Prior knowledge of manufacturing system ERPs (i.e. SAP, Oracle) and with digital and automation tools such as Tableau, Power BI and/or experience leading ERP deployments
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with results-oriented mindset demonstrating ability to influence peers across multiple functions and regions
Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute concrete action plans
Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Preference will be given to current Gas Power Finance employees

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $147,400.00 and $245,600.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
