Responsibilities

Candidates for this position will be responsible for the following functions within the Logistics Group in the Supply Chain organization at onsemi.

  • Lead regular meetings with key carriers to review performance and any issues 
  • Create and present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to onsemi’s carrier base
  • Assist with the issue and follow up on 8D requests (Formal damage investigations) 
  • Coordinate adhoc spot quote requests across multiple providers and shipments
  • Participate in the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementation 
  • Identify and implement process improvements 
  • Data Analytics utilization to drive efficiencies

Requirements:

Candidates for this position should have Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field including Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business. Capability related to the following requirements will be a plus

  • Excel and Microsoft Office skills 
  • SQL or PL/SQL skills a plus 
  • Experience with Power BI and Tableau a plus 
  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or a related field 
  • Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands and priorities
To be considered for an internship, you must be currently enrolled in a degree seeking program. This position is specifically looking for someone who will be enrolled in Bachelors Degree Program.
