Operational Backbone of the Spa | Full-Time | Onsite in Whitwell, TN | $17–$19/hour
BOLT FARM is building America’s most iconic romantic luxury retreat brand: nature-immersed, high-experience, and emotionally transformative. Backed by 3,300+ five-star reviews, 1M+ followers, and features across Forbes, Travel + Leisure, and Netflix, we’re scaling from a high-performing flagship into a national portfolio.
If you love quiet excellence, immaculate spaces, fast movement, and being the reason every detail feels prepared before the guest ever notices the work behind it — this is your seat. 🚀
Your work matters immediately.
Every room reset, folded linen, staged tray, refreshed towel, and spotless treatment space helps create the feeling guests came here for.
You get to work in a beautiful, peaceful environment.
This is not a rushed chain spa or generic back-of-house job. You’ll support one of the most intimate and meaningful parts of the guest experience.
You are part of the magic behind the magic.
The Spa Assistant is not center stage. You are the reason center stage runs.
You’ll be part of a high-standard team.
We care about details, cleanliness, timing, calm execution, and doing things right the first time.
You can grow here.
This is a foundation role with a potential path toward Spa Concierge, Spa Coordinator, or other guest-facing spa opportunities as the brand grows.
You notice details other people miss.
You move quickly without creating noise or chaos.
You take pride in work guests may never see, but absolutely feel.
You care deeply about cleanliness, order, presentation, privacy, and calm.
You can stay on your feet, lift up to 30 pounds, and move continuously through a shift.
You understand discretion. Our guests are here for intimate, private, emotionally meaningful moments.
Own the operational layer of the spa so every treatment room, linen, candle, scent, tray, robe, towel, amenity, and reset is clean, calm, stocked, staged, and ready before the guest arrives.
This role exists to protect the spa experience from behind the scenes.
Couples come to BOLT FARM for anniversaries, proposals, birthdays, resets, honeymoons, babymoons, and once-in-a-lifetime romantic escapes.
The spa is where many of those moments land.
A therapist should never be waiting on linens.
A Spa Concierge should never have to break warmth with a guest to chase supplies.
A guest should never notice what was missed.
Your job is to make sure the entire spa environment feels effortless, polished, peaceful, and fully prepared.
Prepare treatment rooms before guest arrival, including lighting, scent, music, linens, robes, towels, steamers, product trays, and retail presentation.
Nothing is “close enough.”
Sanitize and reset treatment spaces between appointments with precision.
Dwell times matter. Gloves matter. Standards matter.
Collect, wash, dry, fold, package, and restock spa linens so therapists and concierges are never waiting on the basics.
Maintain hot springs areas, treatment lounges, robing rooms, retail displays, towels, robes, slippers, products, and beverage supplies throughout the day.
Run beverages, restock amenities, support special moment setups, and handle back-of-house needs so the Spa Concierge can stay present with guests.
You won’t perform massage, esthetics, or licensed treatments.
You won’t sell spa services or retail.
You won’t make promises to guests about scheduling, accommodations, discounts, or comps.
Your lane is clear: own the operational backbone so the guest-facing team can create the magic.
Treatment rooms are fully staged before guests arrive.
Turnovers are clean, fast, quiet, and consistent.
Linens, towels, robes, slippers, products, and amenities are stocked before anyone has to ask.
Spa spaces feel calm, polished, fresh, and guest-ready all day.
Therapists and concierges trust that the basics are handled.
Guests feel like every detail was prepared just for them.
