As a Procurement Process Consultant<\/b>, you will support international procurement teams with the mandate to streamline, align, and modernize end\-to\-end procurement processes across three major regions.
<\/p>
Your mission: map current workflows, design a unified global model, and drive adoption of the Ivalua (EASY) platform<\/b> to strengthen procurement efficiency, compliance, and visibility.
<\/p>
You will work closely with sourcing, vendor management, AP, and risk teamsâbecoming a key advisor in transforming how the organization purchases, manages vendors, processes invoices, and oversees third\-party risks.

Document and analyze existing procurement workflows across the three regions.

Identify overlaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
<\/p><\/li>
Evaluate process maturity and cross\-regional alignment.
<\/p><\/li>

2. Target Operating Model Design<\/b>
<\/h3>
Develop a harmonized procurement model aligned with global best practices.
<\/p><\/li>
Define standardized workflows to be implemented within Ivalua (EASY)<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Build a comprehensive model covering:
<\/p>
Sourcing & RFP management
<\/p><\/li>
Purchase requisition intake
<\/p><\/li>
Approvals & governance
<\/p><\/li>
Vendor selection
<\/p><\/li>
Invoice lifecycle & dispute resolution
<\/p><\/li>
Reporting & spend visibility
<\/p><\/li>
Centralized contract management
<\/p><\/li>
Third\-Party Risk Management alignment
<\/p><\/li>

3. Transformation & Change Management<\/b>

Propose a structured implementation plan (timeline, capacity, milestones).

Design a robust change management strategy adapted to multicultural teams.

4. Operational Support & Reporting<\/b>
<\/h3>
Enhance visibility on vendor spend and procurement analytics.
<\/p><\/li>
Implement a unified process for storing, managing, and tracking contracts.
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure the new operating model fully integrates TPRM requirements.

Minimum 3 years of hands\-on experience with Ivalua (EASY)<\/b>.

Strong mastery of Procure\-to\-Pay (P2P)<\/b> processes.
<\/p><\/li>
Knowledge of Canadian, French, and US accounting frameworks<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Experience with process modeling<\/b> (BPMN preferred).
<\/p><\/li>
Familiarity with Oracle EBS<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Strong analytical and documentation capabilities.
<\/p><\/li>

Consulting & Soft Skills<\/b>

5+ years of procurement process consulting<\/b> experience.

Proven experience in digital transformation and process optimization<\/b>.
