DescriptionThe Source to Pay Workstream Lead is responsible for the successful implementation of Oracle’s Source to Pay Cloud Fusion Solution, including modules such as Purchasing, Self-Service Purchasing, Contracts, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, Supplier Portal, Payables, Expenses and Channel Revenue Management. This role involves leading business process implementation, providing consulting and product expertise, and managing the overall design of the Source to Pay solution—including process flows, configuration, functional designs, integrations, extensions, reporting, and data migration.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a hands-on expert in Oracle Source to Pay processes and products.
- Lead business process workshops and advise clients on adopting Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Facilitate design sessions and help clients define solution-relevant processes.
- Configure software according to approved solutions.
- Manage workstream project activities, deliverables, risks, and issues.
- Provide regular updates to Project and Program Managers.
- Conduct stand-up meetings for the workstream.
- Act as the escalation point for workstream risks and issues.
- Collaborate with Change Management on activities such as training and stakeholder meetings.
- Coordinate with Security, Integrations, Reporting, and Data Migration leads on workstream planning and configuration.
- Partner with the Test Lead to support testing activities, including test planning and logistics.
- Oversee end-to-end testing scenarios and lead deployment of the Source to Pay Oracle Cloud solution and related systems.
- Support clients during all testing, production cutover, and post go-live phases.
- Assist clients with data migration efforts.
- Deliver client work on time and within budget.
- Apply Oracle’s Implementation Methodology to all engagements.
- Support technical teams with building, configuring, and testing integrations, data migrations, extensions, and reports involving Oracle and third-party or custom solutions.
- Mentor and review work of less-experienced team members.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 full life cycle implementations of Oracle’s Cloud Source to Pay applications, or equivalent experience with other Source to Pay applications.
- 8+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud Source to Pay ERP solutions
- Expert in product and process understanding of Oracle Cloud Purchasing, Self-Service Purchasing, Contracts, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management and Supplier Portal.
- Strong product and process understanding of Oracle Cloud Payables, Expenses and Channel Revenue Management.
- Knowledge of EBS, PeopleSoft, or JD Edwards table schemas is a plus.
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting or software company.
- Experience implementing SaaS applications.
- Experience leading consulting and client teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
- Experience with multiple applications is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
