Shipping Coordinator Tasks & Duties

• Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs

• Unpack shipment deliveries

• Prepare shipping documents

• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments

• Consolidate shipping orders

• Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies

• Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt

• of products

• Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables

• Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments

Shipping Coordinator Shift Info

• Day Shift, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

• Monday - Friday

Shipping Coordinator Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

• • Pack customer orders into cartons and stage shipments for pickup

  • Keep the packing area organized and stocked with supplies (boxes, tape, labels, pallets)

  • Pick parts from warehouse bin locations for production work orders and stage them on pallets

  • Assist with cycle counts to support inventory accuracy

  • Flag missing parts, damaged items, or count discrepancies to the team

  • Strong attention to detail. Accuracy matters more than speed.

  • Able to stand, walk, and lift cartons and parts throughout the day

  • Reliable attendance and comfortable taking direction

  • Warehouse, packaging, or picking experience is a plus

  • Familiarity with handheld barcode scanners or inventory systems is a plus, but we'll train
