OPEN SHIFTS:
 
We are currently hiring specifically for the following shift timings:

  • EVENING SHIFT – Monday to Thursday 6pm to 2:30am, Friday 8pm to 4:30am
  • NIGHT SHIFT – Sunday 8pm to 4:30am, Monday to Thursday 11pm to 7:30am
  • NIGHT SHIFT – Monday to Friday 11pm to 7:30am


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Shippers and Receivers in our Mississauga Distribution Center have a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Using MHE (Electric Ride On Walkies and DockStockers) to place, pick and build orders.
  • Physically moving product from one location to another, lifting up to 66lbs.
  • Following all safety rules and procedures in a busy warehouse environment.
  • Following First-In, First-Out (FIFO) procedure and completing all required Shipping & Receiving documentation accurately.
  • Ensuring all products being shipped, received, and packaged are done so as per approved procedures to avoid damage.
  • Inspects and ensures that carriers used to load or unload goods are clean, and do not pose a food safety hazard.
  • Assists the Shipping Manager in planning and organizing warehouse activities relating to Shipping & Receiving, transportation, receiving returns, order filling, inventory control, and storage.
  • Maintains a clean and safe warehouse environment.
  • Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

 


WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO MAPLE LODGE FARMS

We are looking for responsible, engaged individuals to join our Shipping/Receiving team. Key qualifications include:

  • Ability to lift 60+ lbs in some roles.
  • Performing physically intensive work.
  • At least 1+ years of experience in a similar warehouse environment.
  • Ability to work in a cold environment (our warehouse is kept between -2 ° and 4 °)
  • Experience driving walkie and/or dockstocker, ideally with a license or certificate.
