Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan | Foran (TSX:ELD) is seeking a Shipper/ Receiver to join our growing McIlvenna Bay team. This is a full-time position based at the McIlvenna Bay site working a 7/7 rotation.

Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan | Foran is advancing the McIlvenna Bay project, a cornerstone asset and one of the most significant copper development projects in Canada. With commercial production expected in mid-2026, this world-class deposit contains copper, zinc, gold, and silver – key metals for the global transition to green energy. The Shipper/Receiver has a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials & supplies to site and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of shipping and receiving operations, including inventory management, inventory creation within ERP system, documentation, and coordination with various stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

* Manage the shipping and receiving of materials and supplies to and from site in accordance with project schedules and company policies.
* Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and initiate restocking orders as needed to prevent shortages and overages.
* Ensure that received materials meet quality standards and that outgoing shipments are properly packaged and documented to prevent damage during transportation.
* Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels, in compliance with relevant regulations.
* Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and transportation providers to schedule deliveries and pickups.
* Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations during all shipping and receiving activities, including the handling of hazardous materials, if applicable.
* Safely operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
* Perform routine checks on equipment used for shipping and receiving, report any malfunctions, and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary.
* Maintain clear and open communication with project managers, procurement teams, and suppliers to address any shipment delays, discrepancies, or issues promptly.
* Identify and resolve logistics-related issues and discrepancies in a timely and effective manner to minimize disruptions to project timelines.
* Continuously seek opportunities to reduce shipping and logistics costs through effective negotiation with carriers and suppliers.

Job Qualifications and Skills:

* High school diploma; logistics or supply chain education an asset.
* 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience, preferably in mining or construction.
* Valid forklift license.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory software.
* Strong knowledge of logistics processes and best practices.
* Highly organized and detail oriented.
* Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Clear communicator and proactive problem solver.
* Committed to safety and adaptable to site needs.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $72,500/year based on experience and qualifications. Annual discretionary short term incentive award at a percentage of base salary, rewarding exceptional contributions to team and company success.
