What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a high‑performing HVAC service team.
  • Coach technicians to deliver top-quality service and uphold Tin Man’s reputation for excellence.
  • Streamline daily operations: scheduling, dispatching, workflow optimization, and efficiency improvements.
  • Serve as the key link between customers, field technicians, and office staff to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
  • Track and drive performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and celebrate team success.
  • Stay current on industry trends and ensure the team is equipped with cutting‑edge knowledge and training.

What You Bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in home services, field operations, or similar team‑focused industries.
  • A passion for coaching, mentoring, and building a positive, winning team culture.
  • Strong operational skills with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to coach technicians on service, communication, and sales best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug screening.
