As a Senior Warehouse Worker, you are the backbone of our U.S. operations.
You ensure inventory accuracy, smooth daily workflows, and a warehouse that runs safely and efficiently as we continue to grow in North America.
With consistent double-digit growth since 2016, this role plays a key part in scaling our operation, without losing quality, clarity, or team spirit.
What you’ll do as Senior Warehouse Worker
Warehouse Operations
- Oversee and physically participate in daily warehouse workflow, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, shipping, cycle counts, and inventory movement.
- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and according to company standards.
- Maintain clean, organized, safe, and clearly labeled warehouse zones.
- Monitor order volume, backlog, fulfillment accuracy, and daily shipment completion.
- Support implementation and improvement of warehouse SOPs.
Inventory & Accuracy
- Maintain strong inventory control practices.
- Lead regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Investigate discrepancies and partner with internal teams to correct root causes.
- Ensure product locations, bin assignments, and inventory records are accurate.
- Support process improvements tied to ERP, order entry, and warehouse systems.
Team Leadership
- Supervise warehouse personnel, including training, coaching, scheduling, and daily task assignment.
- Set clear expectations for productivity, quality, attendance, safety, and professionalism.
- Cross-train team members to reduce single points of failure.
- Help recruit, onboard, and develop future warehouse employees.
- Address performance issues directly and constructively.
Shipping, Receiving & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight activity.
- Work with carriers, freight partners, and internal departments to resolve shipping issues.
- Ensure packaging standards protect product quality and customer experience.
- Maintain documentation for shipments, receipts, damages, RMAs, and freight claims.
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce safe equipment use, proper lifting practices, housekeeping standards, and warehouse safety rules.
- Ensure forklifts, pallet jacks, racking, dock areas, ladders, and workstations are used properly.
- Report and address hazards quickly.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable workplace safety requirements.
