Position Summary
The Supply Chain Execution & Capital Procurement Senior Manager is a cross-functional role within a rigid plastics packaging manufacturing environment, responsible for driving enterprise-wide supply chain execution, capital asset procurement, and operational optimization. This role partners closely with Commercial, Operations, Engineering, and Finance to improve service levels, reduce working capital, optimize manufacturing assets, and support footprint and capacity strategies across injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Execution & Commercial Alignment
- Partner with Commercial and Customer Order Management Coordinator teams to improve OTIF performance, inventory turns, and customer fill rates. Work with plant operations to establish consistent slow moving and obsolete inventory reduction plans.
- Support execution of Finished Goods (FG) SKU de-proliferation strategies and Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) optimization for rigid plastic packaging products, balancing customer requirements with manufacturing efficiency, changeover reduction, and resin utilization.
Program Governance & Manufacturing Execution
- Support Project Charter reviews and execution governance for Operations-led initiatives, including new product introductions, capacity expansions, and process optimization projects.
- Support future manufacturing site consolidation and footprint optimization analyses, including molding capacity, tool compatibility, labor availability, logistics impacts, and customer transition risk.
Warehouse, Network & Logistics Optimization
- Support execution of warehouse optimization strategies supporting rigid packaging distribution networks, including finished goods storage, resin handling, and interplant transfers.
- Support Real Estate Steering Committee governance by providing supply chain and manufacturing input into plant, warehouse, and distribution center decisions. Interact with Commercial team regarding potential impact of real estate planning.
Capital Asset, Mold & Vendor Management
- Develop, standardize, and govern the Mold Transfer Process (MTP) across injection molding and blow molding operations, including post-transfer hypercare support to ensure supply continuity and quality stability.
- Work with Engineering/New Product Development teams to ensure timely completion of mold procurement and capital expenditure request approvals. Support external tooling vendor development and management, including RFQs, supplier selection, cost optimization, quality standards, and delivery performance in accordance with Engineering department.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Finance on the Asset Refresh Strategy, aligning capital investment decisions with equipment reliability, automation opportunities, and long-term capacity plans. Benchmark best-in-class technologies and leverage supplier partnerships to drive a strategic competitive advantage for operations and Pretium overall.
MRO & Spare Parts Optimization
- Collaborate with indirect sourcing lead and site maintenance teams to support enterprise-wide MRO and spare parts consolidation initiatives.
- Drive standardization of critical spares for molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and automation systems to improve uptime and reduce total cost of ownership.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field. MBA Preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain execution, manufacturing operations, or capital procurement within a rigid plastics or industrial manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Commercial and Operations.
- Demonstrated success managing capital assets, molds, and vendor relationships.
- Strong analytical, project management, and executive communication skills.
