Provides on-site maintenance and repair services for DN customers. Performs services on assigned products including safes / chests, vaults, safe deposit boxes, after-hours depository, mechanical and electronic locks, general locksmithing, vacuum air tubes - including under-counter teller equipment - and security vestibules. Responds to service calls in an accurate and timely manner.
ResponsibilitiesServes as a senior level Service Operations technician. Works with customers and / or fellow team members to analyze complex problems and perform detailed needs assessments. Performs advanced level service on various products, including safes / chests, vaults, safe deposit boxes, after-hours depository, mechanical and electronic locks, multivendor VAT systems, etc. Provides technical guidance to help others resolve issues and determine the root cause, helping insure non-recurrence. Leads by example with service call prioritization, call handling, call closure procedures and parts management. Recommends and helps implement service and process improvement procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Education or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Service Operations Security.
- Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
