Senior Sales Operations Analyst

- We are seeking a data-driven Senior Sales Operations Analyst to own funnel visibility, performance analytics, and reporting infrastructure
- This role plays a critical part in driving forecast accuracy, identifying revenue risks and opportunities, and equipping Sales Leadership with actionable insights
- Funnel & Pipeline Management
- Monitor and analyze global pipeline health, conversion rates, and stage velocity
- Identify gaps, risks, and upside opportunities within the funnel
- Partner with Sales leaders to improve pipeline hygiene and inspection rigor
- Support forecast reviews with data-backed insights
- Reporting & Dashboard Development
- Design, build and maintain dashboards across CRM and BI platforms
- Build standardized reporting for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
- Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and scalability
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems
- Work with Analytics team to ensure Strategic team has robust global reporting
- Performance Analytics
- Analyze seller productivity, attainment trends, and coverage models
- Provide insights into win rates, deal cycles, and account penetration
- Support QBRs by providing analytics and trend data
- Support ad hoc analysis for strategic initiatives and executive requests
- Translate complex datasets into clear business narratives
