  • We are seeking a data-driven Senior Sales Operations Analyst to own funnel visibility, performance analytics, and reporting infrastructure
  • This role plays a critical part in driving forecast accuracy, identifying revenue risks and opportunities, and equipping Sales Leadership with actionable insights
  • Funnel & Pipeline Management
  • Monitor and analyze global pipeline health, conversion rates, and stage velocity
  • Identify gaps, risks, and upside opportunities within the funnel
  • Partner with Sales leaders to improve pipeline hygiene and inspection rigor
  • Support forecast reviews with data-backed insights
  • Reporting & Dashboard Development
  • Design, build and maintain dashboards across CRM and BI platforms
  • Build standardized reporting for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
  • Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems
  • Work with Analytics team to ensure Strategic team has robust global reporting
  • Performance Analytics
  • Analyze seller productivity, attainment trends, and coverage models
  • Provide insights into win rates, deal cycles, and account penetration
  • Support QBRs by providing analytics and trend data
  • Support ad hoc analysis for strategic initiatives and executive requests
  • Translate complex datasets into clear business narratives
