The Role
This position supports the centralized receipt of customer mail for Fidelity. The role leverages business partner requirements to receive, sort and deliver monetary and non-monetary items in Inbound Operations and across the Midwest campus. They also collect and prepare outbound packages for pick-up by external vendors. Accuracy and timeliness are important to meet all compliance and regulatory requirements.

· 2-5 years of transaction processing experience within a professional, fast paced, corporate environment, preferably within Fidelity Investments

The Team
As a member of the team, you will sort incoming customer mail by zip 4 utilizing high speed equipment. Perform package reconciliation for all incoming overnight mail. Ensure timely completion of all customer requests and administrative duties.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
