We are seeking an innovative Senior Product Manager - Tech to join the Amazon Devices Reverse Logistics (ADRL) team, focusing on Centralized Planning, Forecasting, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). In this role, you will partner with the business and lead the development and implementation of technical solutions that optimize our reverse logistics operations, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency across the ADRL ecosystem.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead the development of product strategy and vision for ADRL's planning and forecasting systems
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for S&OP tools and platforms
- Develop detailed business requirements and user stories for forecasting models and planning systems
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, legal, tax, finance, and business teams
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs between system performance, operational efficiency, and cost optimization
- Create data-driven solutions to improve reverse logistics planning accuracy and operational effectiveness
- Lead the development and launch of new tools and features for centralized planning systems
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and resource allocation

ADRL's core function is to ensure Amazon Device customer warranty needs are met. We aim to delight consumer electronics customers worldwide by offering an OEM returns experience that delivers maximum margin recovery through flexible, world-class products & services.

- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Master's degree, or a Bachelor's degree and experience with various machine learning techniques and parameters that affect their performance
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or a Bachelor's degree and experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
